Years ago, our Chapter used to visit this beautiful site on occasion.

The one room Broadview School was constructed over the winter of 1917, and officially opened in January 1918, and saved neighbouring children a long walk to Canoe or Salmon Arm. The school was moved to the village in 1988 and . . .

. . . now houses the Children's Museum and Discovery Centre in the school’s gymnasium. School re-enactments occur regularly as part of the daily activities from May - September included with your general admission.

If memory serves me, the Shuswap Chapter are caretakers of this exhibit.

Established in 1878 in Hamilton, Ontario, the Bank of Hamilton was in expansion mode when it opened the first branch in Salmon Arm in 1906.

Please note: Most notes on RJ Haney Site taken from their web page.

The Peachland Classic Car Show attracted about 220 beautiful cars and hundreds of spectators on May 19, 2024!

The Peachland Chapter of the Vintage Car Club did a great deal to help with the show and contributed several very nice cars.

The Kelowna Classics Chapter also helped out and showed some beautiful rides.

There were 176 draw prizes so most cars won something!
